In jail with no bail. That's where 18-year-old Cody Austin iwas Thursday night, following his arrest Wednesday night for allegedly stabbing a victim at least four times with a knife, in front of 301 North Nanticoke Avenue, in Endicott, where Austin lives.
Authorities say the stabbing was the result of an ongoing dispute between Austin and his victim.
Austin fled the scene on foot, but was taken into custody in the 100 block of Jennings Avenue after he was spotted by an off duty Endicott detective.
The victim was taken to Wilson Hospital, then released, after being treated for non-life threatening stab wounds to his upper back.
