BINGHAMTON, NY Thursday nights game between the Binghamton Mets and Trenton Thunder was postponed due to inclement weather. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on July 26th starting at 5:30 PM. The two teams will play two seven-inning contests with gates opening at 5:00 PM.
This postponement is the fourth straight B-Met game that has been affected by rain. Mondays game at Portland started with an 84-minute rain delay. Tuesdays game was suspended after two complete innings, and Wednesdays game was postponed before it began.
Binghamton (47-28) and Trenton (40-37) take the field again Friday night at 7:05 PM. Cory Mazzoni takes the ball for the B-Mets against RHP Zach Nuding.
