BINGHAMTON -- When a second year club hosts the reigning national championship, it's usually a sure thing that the reigning champ takes the W. But that was not the case when Greater Binghamton FC hosted reigning champ FC Sonic.
Armin Budnjo scored twice in the second half to propel GBFC over FC Sonic. Jason Stenta was just as stellar in net, keeping the clean sheet and making 5 saves in the winning effort.
GBFC, in just its sophomore season, has yet to allow a goal this year in any regular season or exhibition match.
