Oakdale Mall Hosts a Wellness Fair for Mental Health Awareness Month

Health providers showcased alternative therapies for mental health Saturday at the Oakdale Mall.
Visitors got to target their stress points with gongs and also enjoy back rubs. Organizers say everyone can benefit from learning about mental health:
"It's important to our mental health. Everybody can be improving their health and we all live stressful lives. Life is demanding so it's just benefitial to everyone," said Dawn Kirk, Organizer for the Wellness Fair.
The event was hosted by the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier as a part of Mental Health Awareness Month.
