BINGHAMTON -- The power play can be your best friend or your worst enemy in a hockey game. For the B-Sens, they allowed the Penguins a few more extra man opportunities than they would have liked over the weekend.
Head Coach Luke Richardson explains why it's so tough to find a rhythm when you're not at full strength.
"You have to be responsible for your body and your stick out there. You can't be taking useless penalties or irresponsible penalties. That puts us in a hole," says the coach.
Left winger Matt Puempel adds, "When you get down one man or two men late in the third when we need goals it's tough and you can obviously build momentum off those parts of the game, but sometimes it takes away from the game too-- guys missing shifts and you just kind of get out of the swing of it."
