Reports of Man Barricaded in Windsor Home, Surrounded by Police

There are unconfimed reports at this hour (10:45PM Monday) that a man has barricaded himself inside a home on Bennett Road in Windsor, and he might be armed.
State Police have closed off local roads, and Bennett Road is completely blocked from public access. Fox 40 has a news crew at the scene, which reports hearing "pops" that might be gunfire. The event began unfolding at 4PM Monday.
Other unconfirmed reports indicated that earlier, there might have been others inside the home, posssibly a woman and two children, but they have since gotten out, and are safe.
