Ret. Army Col. From Vestal to be At State of Union; Fears Defense Cuts

President Obama delivers his State of the Union address Tuesday night.   

And as the Commander in Chief steps to the podium, one of the people who will be at the event in Washington will be a retired Army colonel from Vestal-- Benjamin Margolius.

Margolius will be the guest of Congressman Richard Hanna.

Both of them hope that the president won't talk about drastic cuts in defense spending:  Margolius talked with Fox 40 Anchor Larry Sparano about what he hopes he won't be hearing from the President:
