VESTAL -- In their loss to Boston University last night, the Bearcats didn't have much time to try and right the ship. The Terriers' offensive onslaught and rebounding negated what the team had focused on in practice during the week.
Head Coach Tommy Dempsey said, "If we could've gotten out in transition a little bit more we might've been more effective tonight because that's what we've been working on. But when you can't stop them and you can't rebound effectively it's hard to get out in transition."
Jimmy Gray added, "We wanted to run offensively but when they're making shots it's hard for us to run."
