Criss Trial: Fiance Saw Boyfriend Dying

More testimony Thursday in the trial of a Binghamton man charged in a fatal shooting of a man found lying near the Rock B Tavern in Binghamton's south side.

22-year-old Isaiah Criss, of Chapin Street is charged with second degree murder for shooting 26-year-old Jeremiah Reynolds in September of 2012.

Reynolds was found in the back yard of a home on Conklin Avenue.

36-year-old Kristel Slayter, who was engaged to the victim testified that she was with him at the Rock B Tavern on the night of the shooting.

She described how she heard a loud sound, then saw people running out of the bar, and went  to the spot where her fiancee was found dying.

Criss, who is charged with second degree murder,  could get 25 years to life in prison.
