BU's Reed adjusting to new role

From standout freshmen asked to be "Mr. Everything," to learning to play within a system as this year's freshmen continue to grow, BU sophomore Jordan Reed is still adjusting to his new role with the Bearcats.  Reed's 16.6 points per game last year led the team.  This year, Reed is still the team's leading scorer through 19 games, but is averaging only 14.4 points per contest.

However, things have appeared to be increasingly difficult for Reed who was held out of the game against Albany and has come off the bench for each of the last two games, against Hartford and Vermont.

Head Coach Tommy Dempsey says such a transition is difficult for any player.
