Lawson sidelined after leaving Saturday's game

Nathan Lawson has been a rock for the B-Sens, manning the crease in 22 games, earning 14 wins against 5 losses, recording 611 saves with 51 goals against.  He has a 2.52 GAA and a .923 save percentage.  But, Saturday night against Adirondack Lawson lasted just over five minutes after suffering a lower body injury making a save against the Phantoms.

Andrew Hammond relieved Lawson, inheriting a 1-0 deficit.  The B-Sens lost 4-1.  Despite being the goalie of record and adding a loss to his record, going forward, Head Coach Luke Richardson is confident with Hammond in net.

To give Hammond a rest in the week plus that Lawson is expected to be out, the B-Sens have recalled Scott Greenham from ECHL affiliate Elmira Jackals.
