Rich David's Reaction to Obama's Plan to Help Schools

Tonight, we asked a Republican candidate for Binghamton mayor, who's been involved in higher education, what he thinks of the President's plan to rate--and help schools.
Rich David says he likes the idea, but has some reservations

"More resources can and should be devoted to higher education, but also we have to be very conscience of the outcomes because at a certain point in high schools and in colleges the amount of money we are putting in is not consistent with the outcomes we're getting. So I want to hear more about what the President has to say." said Rich David

Rich David served as deputy mayor in the Bucci administration, and more recently, was head of public relations at Broome Community College.
