Rennia On Helping Local Economy

Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli attended the Annual Democratic Party Picnic at the En-Joie pavilion in Endicott.

We asked some of the local party big-wigs about DiNapoli's analysis of Binghamton's economy.

Someone who will be in the thick of it is City Councilwoman Teri Rennia is she wins her bid for Binghamton Mayor.

"To look at our infrastructure and we need to look at how we need to look at our home ownership rates. And we need to look at all of those things combined because those are the things that make a community appealing," said mayoral candidate Teri Rennia.

Renia says Binghamton's downtown is already looking a lot better than it did just a few years ago.
