Tim Bouren Construction
Company was born and began serving the Broome County
area in 1984. Tim's personal expertise as a former
real estate agent and his detailed knowledge of
housing and construction logistics helps save you
time and money from the start of your project to the
finish.
Tim understands your residential and commercial
building needs. From modular homes to custom
developments and renovations, you can count on him
to be up-to-date with information you need to get
your project completed.
The company began after Tim Bouren began building
his own home in 1983. That’s when Tim learned all
too quickly the challenges of trying to find a
quality, dependable contractor. Tim discovered that
the quality of work was substandard, the services
that were promised were never fulfilled and
appointments were never kept.
Tim experienced first hand what every homeowner
fears when starting a new project: the dread you
feel when working with contractors.
From that moment on, Tim decided he wanted to help
others avoid the pitfalls associated with
construction and contractors. And to this day, Tim
has offered homeowners reliable, dependable services
with honest rates and a focus on quality and
customer service. |
