including: Grade-A chicken cooked over a
rotisserie with Phil's secret sauce; an
assortment of homemade salads are available
to choose from; breads and desserts are
baked fresh daily; along with other meat

The catering menu offers an extensive array
of selections, including buffet style, ala
carte, fund-raiser packages, summer picnic
packages, and the 2-hour All-You-Can-Eat
Festivity. All deliveries must be approved
and confirmed by the office.
