The New York Beef Industry council
recognized us (Aiello’s) for the unique
application of veal on our menu for this
region (Southern tier) and on March 7, 2007
Vincenzo Aiello and Maria Aiello won a
medal, $500.00 and a plaque against 6 other
regional winners from NY State. The category
that we won is CONVENIENCE COOKING WITH VEAL.
Award Winning VEAL SALTINBOCCA -
Tender Veal cutlet rolled with Prosciutto Di
Parma, Swiss cheese, and roasted red pepper,
cooked to perfection, served in a Marsala
and mushroom sauce, with choice of side and
soup or salad.
