Walton Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Charge After 2024 Search Warrant Execution

A Walton man has pleaded guilty to a drug charge.
According to the Delaware County District Attorney, Gage Pankiewicz pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. Pankiewicz, along with others, was arrested after a search warrant was executed in Walton in September 2024. Meth and fentanyl, paraphernalia, and a rifle were all seized.
It is expected that Pankiewicz will be sentenced to five years of felony probation supervision.
