The DSGO isn't the only tournament taking place, as the children's home and former NFL Linebacker Isaiah Kacyvenski hosted the 19th annual Maggie Memorial Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, June 21.

200 golfers tee'd off this morning at Traditions at the Glen in honor of Kacyvenski's mother Margaret, who spent 12 years as a child at the children's home. The tournament has raised over $450,000 since it started, all supporting the children's home programs.

"For me, again, coming back into an amazing community. You obviously grew up here, grew up in Endicott and showing and seeing the love and support from the community year in, year out, from the golfers to the sponsors, the celebrities that come out as well," Kacyvenski said. "It just means that time to me and just help share tidbits of my mother's story, but also really open up our minds to what the children's home does as well."
