Clear Path for Veterans provides many services to vets, including culinary, canine support, and career services.

But one of the most impactful is the Warriors Working program.

"We prioritize wellness and personal development through family support, life skills classes, peer-to-peer mentoring, and career development," said Louis Lindstrom, Warriors Working Manager at Clear Path for Veterans.

It's not always easy to get back into the workforce after deployment, but thanks to donors like State Farm, who donated over $68,000 since 2021 and $17,000 this year, Clear Path can do more to help.

Lindstrom says, "We have a specific skills assessment that we use for them. We do resume development workshops, resume development, and then interviewing skills, techniques, and workshops."

Last year the program helped over 1,100 veterans in the area, so Lindstrom says they hope to help many more throughout the year with the Working Warriors program.

"We take the mission here at Clear Path very seriously and to be able to help others into their next chapter, the journey is fulfilling. It hits really close to home for us. We've been connected with a lot of guests throughout the years. We've been helping them and getting them to know them and their families is, you know, an amazing experience," said Lindstrom.
