Johnson City is welcoming a brand new BJ's Wholesale Club this Friday, and the 100,000-square-foot facility is set to bring the community a wide range of retail.

The new club will feature a full-service deli, a bakery, and all grocery essentials. But it isn't just food that is being offered at the location. Flat screen TVs, clothes,  and even on-site gas pumps will be available for members.

Yearly memberships are currently at $35 for those who are interested. That $35 offer is good through Thursday, the 25th. After that, it increases to $55.

Spokesperson for BJ's Wholesale Club Briana Keene says the new shopping center is the ultimate one-stop shop for members.

"We really are a one-stop shop," Keene said. "So when members sign up and come through these doors, they're going to be able to take advantage of everything that we have to offer."

The site of the new BJ's Wholesale Club is on Reynolds Road in the Oakdale Commons. The Johnson City location will become New York State's 48th club.

"This is such an exciting time for us. Our team members are working so hard to get this club door open," Keene said. "The club doors open right on Friday, and we're just so thrilled to be here."

The new location will be open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
