Binghamton Police Investigating After 2 Incidents of Shots Fired
The Binghamton Police Department is investigating two separate incidents where shots were fired in a span of six hours between May 18th and May 19th.
According to the Binghamton Police, the first round of shots fired occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. at 25 Robinson Street.
An investigation determined a male in a car exited the vehicle and fired two to three shots at another male, before the vehicle fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was not injured.
Approximately six hours later around 1:15 a.m. on May 19th, police heard shots while on patrol. It was determined the shots had occurred on Pine Street. 74 Pine Street was struck by bullets, however no one was struck by the gunfire.
Police say both shootings are believed to be related and not random acts.
The suspects are described as two masked males, one dressed all in black and the other dressed in black and lighter jeans.
