A Pennsylvania man was arrested and charged after leading police on a foot chase in Tioga County, NY.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Douglas J. Forsyth, Jr. of Warren Center, PA violated an order of protection and then led deputies on a foot chase into the Oakley Corners State Forest.

He was caught without incident.

Forsyth was charged with Criminal Contempt, Criminal Trespass, and Obstructing Governmental Administration, all in the 2nd degree.

Forsyth was charged in court and held on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
