A Walton man is facing several charges, including manslaughter, after a months-long investigation by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.

The office says Vincent Balsamo was charged with one count each of Manslaughter in the 2nd degree, Assault in the 2nd degree, and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree.

The office adds Balsamo is accused of being involved in a domestic incident that resulted in the death of a Honesdale, PA woman in his Walton home in December 2022.
