Binghamton University softball swept the America East weekly awards after an undefeated week on the road.

The softball squad swept the conference's weekly awards as Lindsey Walter won player of the week for the second time this season. Ali L'Amoureux, a Maine-Endwell product, was named pitcher of the week after shutting out Hampton on Saturday and Brianna Roberts was selected as the rookie of the week, also for the second time this season.

Walter batted .625 with an on-base percentage of .750 whole also tossing five scoreless innings. Roberts pitched six innings, striking out nine batters while adding a save.

This is the first time since 2019, the program has swept the weekly awards and the Bearcats are currently on a six-game winning streak.
