Binghamton Landlord Isaac Anzaroot Sentenced on Charges
Last June, Binghamton landlord Isaac Anzaroot was arrested for violating multiple housing codes on his properties.
Today, he was sentenced on four charges in the City of Binghamton Court.
Anzaroot manages over a dozen properties in Binghamton and is connected to over 15 LLC's throughout the city. Anzaroot plead guilty to all four charges and received a fine of $250 on each of the first three charges, along with a one-year conditional discharge on each of the charges.
He received a minimum fine of $1,000 and one year of conditional release on the last charge.
He was also charged with four new charges, including failure to maintain property, and failure to remove trash and garbage, in which he plead not guilty.
Anzaroot's next court date is March 27, 2023.
