A Delhi man is facing several charges after a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Town of Delhi in October.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says the report came in on the morning of October 13th for a vehicle on Hoag Cross Road.

An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Michael Vogel, had operated the vehicle while his driving privileges had been suspended.

He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and had an active bench warrant out of the Village of Sidney for failure to appear.

Vogel was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 2nd degree, and Public Health Law Possession of Controlled Substances by Ultimate Users Original Container.

He was also issued citations for Unlicensed Operator, Driver's View Obstructed, and Unauthorized Sticker.
