An 11-year-old from Owego was charged with Making a Terroristic Threat after an investigation into a suspicious condition at Owego Middle School.
After an investigation into a trespassing incident on Delphine Street, William A. Alvoid of Owego was charged with Criminal Trespass.
Alvoid was also charged with Intimidating a Witness in the 3rd degree and Public Lewdness after an investigation into a suspicious male on Erie Street.
Alvoid was turned over to Tioga County Sheriff's custody for arraignment and remanded to jail on $200 cash and $400 bail bond.
An Owego woman was charged after an investigation of harassment on North Avenue. Grace I. Ide was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree.
Following an investigation into a domestic incident on Front Street, Christopher M. Cice of Owego was charged with Menacing in the 3rd degree, Harassment in the 2nd degree, and Tampering With a Witness in the 4th degree.
Mark E. Yost Senior was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by Tioga County Family Court. He was turned over to Tioga County Sheriff's custody for arraignment and remanded to jail on $2,800 cash bail.
Cody W. Jackson of Newark Valley was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree after an investigation into a violation of an Order of Protection on Court Street.
