Woman who held animals in deplorable living conditions reaches deal with Animal Charity

A woman who held animals in deplorable conditions in a home on Ohio Avenue in Youngstown has come to an agreement with Animal Charity.
Animal Charity Coordinator, Jane MacMurchy tells 21 News that the organization reached an agreement with Maribelle Maldonado, who was found along with several animals including dogs, pythons and turkeys in a home in deplorable conditions in late February
MacMurchy says this agreement is still being worked out and will be for quite some time, but as it stands, Maldonado cannot live with any animals except for her dog for two years and that this dog must receive medical treatment by a certain date.
When asked, MacMurchy would not disclose the deadline for the dog to be treated by.
As long as Maldonado adheres to these stipulations, MacMurchy says she will not be prosecuted.
