The trial of the man charged with killing a Binghamton teenager is being delayed. Andre Lee is charged with second degree murder in the death of 19 year old Scott Wright Jr.

The teenager was shot at the Town and Country apartment complex on the Fourth of July in 2014. Lee pleaded not guilty later that August.

The delay is because Lee's former defense attorney Michael Korchak is now Chief Assistant District Attorney under newly-elected Broome County DA Stephen Cornwell. Christopher Grace will serve as special prosecutor. Lee's trial is now scheduled to begin on June 20th.
