Two young people have been arrested by the New York State Police for charges related to meth.

24-year-old Natalie Castor of Homer and 18-year-old Richard Stevens of Cortland were arrested and hit with these charges after a traffic stop in Town of Cortlandville.

According to police, the 1997 Chevy Blazer they were driving had numerous items used for the making of methamphetamine in it as well as approximately one gram of the drug.
