The lawsuit against Binghamton Mayor Rich David will continue after lawyers met in court Friday. He is being sued for allegedly using his governmental influence for personal reasons. But, the judge has dismissed all charges against co-defendant

Ericka Adu-Shahid saying that her name was incorrectly cited on the papers served to her after an alleged incident that took place on January 1st.

Both David's and Dawson's lawyers met with the judge for guidance on how to proceed, and defense Attorney Ron Benjamin expects for a trial date to be named after November.
