Hi, My name is Kelly Crampton. I am a
married, working mom of one beautiful little
girl named Savannah. Between the family,
work and raising her I have a pretty hectic
life. I work as a remote sales person for a
Little Rock based Laser Company and for the
most part enjoy working in a high tech
competitive and continually evolving
industry. I enjoy photography, traveling,
usually to anyplace warm and beautiful,
music of all kinds and spending time with
friends and family. I am a very easy going
person, I can get along with just about
anyone. I think I am a great friend,
dependable, a hard worker and I can even
make you laugh when you least expect it...

Crystal
Stein has been helping people of all ages
create and maintain healthier lifestyles for
seven years. She is a certified Health and
Fitness Instructor with the American College
of Sports Medicine and holds CPR, AED, and
First Aid certifications through the
American Red Cross. Crystal earned a
Bachelor of Science concentrating in
Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg
University. To help others see exercise as
a fun and energizing part of the day,
Crystal keeps the programs interesting by
incorporating balls, balance disks, and
bands.
