BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -

Students in SUNY Broome's hospitality program got a look at their future learning space on Friday morning. Touring the Culinary Arts and Events Center in the old Carnegie Library in Binghamton, students were shown the classroom and lab spaces.

The $20 million project includes a lecture hall, production kitchens, a beverage lab for mixology classes, and an event space where students will book and work real events like weddings and banquets.

The building is still under construction, but expected to be complete by the spring semester.
