Korchak Says Campaign Was A "Long Rough Road"

ENDWELL, N.Y. -

Libertarian Candidate for Broome County District Attorney Michael Korchak says the campaign was a "long rough road" but a "very worthwhile trip."

"There was a lot of negative campaigning that I wasn't necessarily in favor of," said Korchak.

Korchak placed his vote at the Northminster Presbyterian Church in Endwell with his wife on Tuesday morning."

After voting, Korchak remembers his grandmother who became a citizen during the Great Depression and told Korchak that his right to vote is very important.

Korchak says he is running to help the people of Broome County and New York State.

"You just want to make sure that you're doing it for the right reasons," said Korchak.
