The 18th ranked Corning Hawks were in Binghamton for a Class AA match-up with the Patriots.
Less than a minute into the game Max Freeman rushes into the endzone from 18 yards out, Hawks convert the 2-point conversion to go up 8-0.
A few minutes later off play action, Blake VanWoert finds Justin Rodriguez for a 40 yard touchdown pass, they convert the 2 point attempt, Corning leads 16-0.
Ensuing drive, Binghamton on the move, Cequan Johnson drops back and lobs it up for Colbie Young who makes the touchdown grab, Binghamton trailing 16-7.
Next drive for Corning, Freeman takes the hand-off from Binghamton's 40, weaves in and out, gets to the slide line stretches and scores, Corning extends the leads to 22-7.
Hawks go onto win the game 48-21.
