BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -

A Broome County jury found an Endicott man guilty on Wednesday of three charges stemming from a September 2017 burglary in the town of Vestal.

  • Burglary, in the third degree, a Class D Felony
  • Grand Larceny, in the fourth degree, a Class E Felony
  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, in the fifth degree, a Misdemeanor

At trial, prosecutors proved Huss unlawfully entered a building in Vestal, with the intent to commit a crime, and did steal a 2000 Ford F-550 truck, and various tools, belonging to a Vestal business.

If the court determines Huss to be a persistent Felony offender, he faces a minimum of 12 years in prison.
