Day Two of July Fest Binghamton Brings Crowds

Posted: Updated:

Day two of July Fest is underway in Downtown Binghamton today, Saturday, July 6th starting at 9am.

Jazz and blues music blast from the M&T Bank stage at the heart of the festivities. Hundreds of attendees sit to enjoy the music, walk the decorated streets, or browse the sales.

Dozens of vendors are set up along Court and Washington Streets selling food, crafts, toys, and art.

July Fest is a favorite among local artists. We spoke with a vendor to find out how sales have been in this weather.

"We've been pretty busy, it's been a steady stream. Even though it is very hot, it hasn't kept people away. And the threat of the thunderstorms haven't stopped people from coming either," said Joy McMicken of Jmcmicken Art.

Join in on the fun this weekend on Saturday, July 6th or Sunday, July 7th from 10am to 5pm.
