Police were called to a residence on Downs Avenue in Binghamton late Monday night after reports of a stabbing.

Around 10:20 p.m., dispatchers received a call of a woman with a possible stab wound on the second floor of the residence located at 33 Downs Ave.

Fox 40 responded to the scene and could see officers canvasing the area, going in and out of the residence and speaking with witnesses. 

Police have not released any details regarding the incident.
