Vestal, N.Y. - Senior Sean Trenholm belted a two-run home run and Binghamton baseball (21-19) scored runs in five straight innings to topple visiting Siena (15-29) 8-1 in a non-conference game Wednesday afternoon at the Bearcats Baseball Complex. The win was BU's seventh in its last nine games.

On the hill, BU used six pitchers (Siena used seven) and sophomore starter Luke Dziados (W, 1-3) earned the win with four shutout innings. Dziados allowed just two hits and struck out a pair. Sophomore Chase Borowitz struck out the side in the ninth to close out the victory.

Binghamton hosts Albany in its second-to-last regular season series this weekend.
