BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -

One of two suspects arrested in a Deposit drug bust has pleaded guilty to the charges. Marlon R. Graham entered that guilty plea on Friday, just three days before his trial was set to begin.

Police arrested Graham in June and November 2018 for possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine. The November arrest came after Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided a Deposit house, seizing over $1M in narcotics and $25,000 cash, presumed to be from drug sales.

According to the Broome County District Attorney's Office, Graham could face 15 years in prison for the crimes. In addition to the prison time, Graham will also forfeit around $25,000 and a 2005 Acura.

Sentencing is scheduled for May 10, 2019.
