Syracuse, N.Y. - The Syracuse basketball team didn't have many answers for Virginia's brilliant perimeter shooting in a 79-53 loss on Monday at the Carrier Dome.

Kyle Guy, Ty Jerome and De'Andre Hunter combined for a school record-tying 18 made 3-pointers, breaking open a tight game in the second half.
Syracuse was coming off a solid road win at Wake Forest, but the Orange’s zone defense was torched for eight 3-pointers during a 27-3 spurt.
The Orange finish the regular season at Clemson on Saturday.
