Union-Endicott Grads Impart College Wisdom On Elementary Students

Posted: Updated:

It's never too early to start thinking about the future. That's why some elementary students at Charles F Johnson School spent Friday learning about different colleges. Who better to tell them about it than current college students who were once in their shoes.

Union-Endicott high school graduates currently in several different universities visited the school for College Day and gave presentations about their college experiences.

"They ask a lot of interesting questions, ya," laughs Yale freshman Jonathan Dallard, "They're not asking like how much does it cost like maybe high schoolers, but they do appreciate it and like to hear about what we've done and what we're studying."

Students gave presentations on schools including Yale, SUNY Oswego, Binghamton University, and University of Virginia.
