Endicott Drug Bust Leads To Three Arrests

ENDICOTT, N.Y. -

The Broome-Endicott Swat Team made three arrests in Endicott Wednesday after executing a narcotics search warrant for the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force.

The search warrant took place at 108 North Street on the second floor apartment, where officers arrested Brittney L. Horton, 23, Phillip L. Jacobs, 24, and Calvin R. Anderson, 24.

Task Force investigators found:
- approximately 20 grams of crack cocaine
- approximately 13 grams of marijuana
- 33 hydrocodone pills
- digital scales and drug packaging materials
- 15 different Pennsylvania driver's license with the same photo of Brittney Horton, under different names and dates of birth and addresses

According to the Sheriff's Office, Horton did damage to the interview room during processing. The 23-year old Endicott woman was arraigned on her charges Tuesday night at the Broome County Jail, where she is currently being held without bail.

Horton's charges include:
- 15 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, a class D felony
- criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor 
- criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor

Jacobs and Anderson were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Village of Endicott Court at a later date. 

Jacobs' charges include:
- tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony
- criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor
- criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor

Anderson's charges include:
- criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor
