According to Silver Lake Fire Chief Joe Tims, the inn is at a total loss. Tims said at approximately 4:15, Silver Lake received a call that a fire had been spotted at the rear corner, on the outside of the Inn.
Fire marshals are on the scene investigating the cause of the fire, but no word has been given yet.
Chief Tims claimed the Brackney Inn had just finished a remodeling phase from the previous fire in October 20, 2017, and was preparing to re-open.
No one was inside of the building at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
