Heroin Dealer Found Guilty

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -

Willis S. Bickham Jr. was found guilty Wednesday, by Judge Joseph Cawley, of two counts of Criminal
Sale of a Controlled Substance -- Class B Felonies -- following a bench trial, in Broome County Court.

He faces up to 12 years in prison on each count.

Bickham was arrested July 18th, 2017, by the Binghamton Police following an investigation.

“Another drug dealer has been arrested, convicted, and removed from Broome County,”

said District Attorney Steve Cornwell. “If you sell heroin in Broome County, you’re going to prison.”


Bickham will be sentenced September 13th in Broome County Court.
