Brooklyn Man Indicted for Easter Shooting on Susquehanna Street

BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -

According to the Broome County District Attorney's Office, 23-year-old Travon J. Sanders, from Brooklyn was indicted on Friday for Attempted Murder. 

Sanders is accused of shooting Grady Hunter on Susquehanna St., on Easter Sunday. 

He was also indicted on a few other charges including, Assault, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

The DA's office said Sanders is accused of unlawfully possessing a loaded 9mm handgun and attempted to cause the death of another man-- in doing it caused the man serious physical injury.
