Wildcats Claw Spartans in Boy's Lacrosse Finale

Posted: Updated:
JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. -

Unlike most games at the Johnson City Wildcat Stadium, this one felt a little different, for the 2018 boys' lacrosse regular season had come to an end.

Saturday, the Wildcats closed out their final regular season home game with a big win over the visiting Maine-Endwell Spartans, 18-10.

Johnson City finished the year with an overall record of 10-6, good enough for second place in the Division II Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC).

But it was Wildcat's Nick Conklin stealing the spotlight as he scored his 100th point of the year, a tremendous feat for any athlete.
