Binghamton Police Investigate Stabbing on Conklin AvenuePosted: Updated:
Binghamton Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on the corner of Telegraph Street and Conklin Avenue just after 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
First responders on scene told Fox 40 one person suffered a laceration to the face, but say the wound was minor and non-life-threatening. They added that they believe the incident occured during a party.
Crowds of people from inside a nearby building fled to the sidewalks and the parking lot of a nearby gas station while the victim was being treated in an ambulance.

Police were on scene investigating until just before 10:30 p.m.
