Binghamton Police and Fire responded to Chesnut Street in Binghamton around 1 p.m. Wednesday after reports of a car into a tree.
The vehicle, a maroon Honda Civic, had severe front-end damage from crashing into a tree on the lawn of Seton Catholic Central High School.
A fence lining the high school's property was knocked down.
Officials on scene say the crash was due to a medical issue.
Binghamton Police say there were two occupants at the time of the crash and neither sustained serious injuries. They were not transported to the hospital.
