Endicott Man Charged With Grand Larceny And Identity Theft

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division has arrested Andrew J. Dickinson, 36-year-old male of Endicott ,for Grand Larceny, Identity Theft, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.  Dickinson is accused possessing a debit card belonging to an associate, without permission, and using the debit card to make multiple purchases and cash withdrawals in Broome County. 

He is accused of unlawfully taking the debit card from the associate’s residence then using the debit card to make multiple purchases at local businesses in Broome County.  The debit card was used to make purchases and ATM withdrawals at a convenience store on East Main Street in the Village of Endicott, a convenience store on West Main Street in the Village of Endicott, and a convenience store on Campville Road in the Town of Union. 

Dickinson was charged with 14 counts of Identity Theft in the 2nd degree, 14 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, and 1 count of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, all Felonies.  Dickinson was processed on the above charges, arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facility without bail.
